Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of yolo-auto, including our website, dashboard, API, model routing, billing, and related services. By creating an account, generating an API key, using the API, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

yolo-auto provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway that routes requests to upstream model providers. Available models, routes, limits, prices, latency, and features may change as the service evolves.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for your account, API keys, and all activity under them. Keep API keys secret, use reasonable security controls, and promptly disable or rotate keys you believe are compromised. You may not sell, share, or transfer access except as permitted by us in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use yolo-auto to violate law, infringe rights, harm others, abuse upstream providers, bypass rate limits, probe or attack the service, distribute malware, generate or facilitate spam, or submit content you do not have the right to process. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, providers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

5. User content and data

You retain your rights to prompts, inputs, outputs, and other content you submit. yolo-auto does not claim ownership of your content. We use submitted content only as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. We do not intentionally train models on your prompts or responses.

6. Upstream providers and outputs

Requests may be processed by third-party upstream model providers. Their availability, behavior, output quality, safety systems, and limits are outside our control. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

7. Plans, billing, and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payment details; yolo-auto does not store card numbers. You authorize recurring charges for the plan you choose, plus any applicable taxes. You can manage or cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal when Stripe billing is enabled. If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep paid-plan access through the end of the billing period you already paid for; after that period ends, your account may return to Free or lose paid-plan access. Plan limits are enforced by yolo-auto and may include weekly request caps, token fair-use limits, concurrency limits, and other technical protections.

8. Refunds and changes

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change plans, prices, features, or limits prospectively. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice before the change applies.

9. Availability and support

The service is provided on a best-effort basis unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including model routes or providers, for maintenance, security, capacity, provider changes, or legal reasons.

10. Disclaimers

yolo-auto is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yolo-auto and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to yolo-auto for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you used only a free plan.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless yolo-auto and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your applications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using yolo-auto at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay, or if required by law or upstream provider constraints. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of yolo-auto after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
